graphics card prob

had this problem for a while now i got a new graphics card and installed it all got the lastest drivers and ammended the bios now every time i load a game that uses the graphics card after a few mins it quits out to the desktop with what ever game it is .exe i have tryed loads of different drivers and now im out of ideas

I rember my old TNT2 Ultra and my friend's Radeon X1300 doing this, the out come of this was a partialy dead card. See if you can RMA it.

You flashed the bios? always risky! Personally I don't like doing that.
