Graphics Card Problem

Well over the past two weeks i've had a new computer. Although i need to change my graphics card from the old pc in to the new one.

But because i had the graphics card put in for me, i have no idea what it looks like :S and where abouts it is.

So, i'm just asking where abouts is it and also is it easy to install ?

if you dont know what it looks like or where it is, dont try to take it out, you'll proberly just damage it.

Just take out the card that the monitor was connected to.
