Guild Deco system

Hello,

Is there a way of making a decoration system for the guild areas,
like euro mir where you have bushes and wells etc with a time limit on them if so could someone explain how this is done.

The files have always been ready, they can even be downloaded (and no I will not give anyone a direct link)

They are being updated daily and are at about 2.2 standard now

Also if you had bothered to search you'd also of found a script I released a while back that allowed a sorta deco system (Yes its not complete no theirs no time limit but that cant be done with the 1.9 files and is the best you'd get) for the plumewind(1.9) files

Those two are the only options available
