It should have the server name in the top middle, the page number in the top right, the search bit working. And like you said, one of the problems is that when you add an item it doesn't show up. Isn't the whole point of a CommissionMerchant to sell things, which starts with putting an item on there?

You're better off not trying to make it work, as it won't with the current files.
