I start up the CruelDragon.exe and then i get a Runtime Exception Error, can someone shed some light and what the problem could be? thanks

2:20:55 PM:starttimer exception...
This is what comes up in the box the CruelDragon.exe presents me when start it=p

Ive changed my ip's in SQL and the setup files etc etc etc etc made sure they are all the same many times and im still getting this error >.<

it have something to do with ur map´s in folders and ur mapinfo.txt...
