Got an email from my mate, asking for help his p.c is proper messed up, this is the error he gets

can anyone help please?


I turn comp on and get this error message..

Stop:c000021a {fatal system error}
The windows logon process system process teminated unexpecedly with a status 0
The system has been shut down.

can't even reinstall windows >.<

Google, type the error in, you will get plently of answers, i googled myself, but there are tons of results, and apparently i have to go right now.

spent a good few hours going through it all, but with no sucsess, he cant get onto his p.c at all , so the only chance of him fixing is to re format, which isnt working.
