please help some one. ive had a warning from NTL. This is wat it says in opening para.

" The ntl internet security team has recieved a report that indicates that a ntl internet account has been used to send or relay unsolicited bulk email, also known as junk email or spam. Or that i hav trojan or virus.....


can any one help please?? what i need? also i am trying to delete a "at risked program" but it wonts let me... any ideas .. p.s i have tried to stop this program from task manage but it is not their under that name.....
