I have a similar problem

Goto the log folder and paste the full log file for the EI, as there appears to be a bit of information missing.

The first one is an item in the STD DB that is incorrect, though I suspect this is now resolved due to age of post.

put the ei exe in the setup folder and make sure that you have changed the ip and server names in the plus_setup.txt
