help with Items droping on floor

hi when i drop an item on the floor some of them clear way before any one can pick them up that when i drop them out of my bag not when monster drops them any one know way it happening

so if it i ticked then mobs will drop it but if u drop out of ur bag it will go ?

and i ticked it and unticked and items still go :S
