help with OCing

im thinking of ocing my pc, screeny should show current specs etc

i was just wondering what is the best possible outcome of the OC? and maybe a small guide on how to do it i know the basics tbh.

Also when i tryed on my other pc upstairs when i reached a certain point the pc randomly restarts now and then, what causes this? is this when the pc is unstable?

Restarts could be cpu/psu/mobo problems.

there i changed the screeny should b ok now, right i lowerd the X to 11 and i got up to 220 on the htt which got it to about 2540, as soon as i went any higher it restarted on me. do i need to up the voltage to prevent this? or is there some thing else i should do

Your board has no agp/pci locks which means no overclocking beyond 220 HTT.

to make it faster duh :P lol tbh i jus wanna learn how to do it properly and i tryed ocing my old pc upstairs but thats on verge of blowing up once it hits 1.5ghz so i cnt do much with that.
