Help with Quest Script

Still do not know how to do a quest script, you have to finish off a top-head and give me the reward. Or submit an item, and give me the reward.

Someone may indicate: In that folder I have to do the script? And it should be a command?

you can find a list of commands of npc's in:

looking in searcher: ptw.

Other doubts, repeat it clearer or in Spanish .. with translator.
