This happens if you boot the game from the Woool.exe in the root of the woool folder, it also updates the game with the chinese, including ip etc.

To boot up the game for a private server you have to boot the game from the woool.exe in the DATA folder... the game ini also in the data folder must also reflect the ip of the server you want to connect to.
