Hi,
Once a trial with this Guide (see below) and with the
Setup.exe (see below).
If this does not bring schieldere your problem a little more detail
So you can help the better. After possibility with screens.

Checking but in the database (SQL),! Setup.txt, Setup.exe and all Gates whether your IP and the server's name right, like mistake.
Paste and not blindly believe it goes with the Setup.exe hehehehe

The 3:38 cd server files are somewhat flawed ^ ^ but that is only once no matter The problem is only interesting for you later.
Checking every Gates, D-Banks and so if your IP and the server name is correct, then it should work if not use the download link for my Setup.exe should go to if you are not reporting to you again would be the 3.4 he servers do so have less problems or Ameno you still come to help ^ ^ hehehe

Txt, and the setup files in the folder !Runaddr; !Servertable

I love it when people are trying to guess what the problm is.
It says what the problem is straight away. SQL is unable to talk to OBDC and thats what that error is on the CD.
You need to check and make sure the paths are correct between SQL and OBDC and also check that the pass has been changed in CD.ini.

I had exactly the same error as that when setting up my server (which i'm still in the process of doing)...
Turned out that I hadn't set the passwords correctly in !setup.txt - go onto kaori's decrypter website and check !setup.txt to ensure that the passwords for your SQL databases are correct.

The First Pic Say : I can't find CruelDragon3GBaseData in your SQL Server...
Problems :
- No DB
- False PW or User or DBServerName in CruelDragon3G.ini
- No Alias on ODBC (False or not Setup the ODBC)
- DB is Broken
- No Connect to the DB Server
- DB Server false setup (PW and User)
...
