Help !

Right, My host needs some help, we got it all running, but then as soon as we log in, his sql is working, it says 'indent Failed Error, Please Relog' So can anyone tell me why it wont work? and also why it wont let us create a char? any help / surgestions will be gr8

if you still need help with this, then when i had that problem it was because of a port, i cannot remember which one it was =/, but for ages it was pissing me off so i delete my whole server and started again but it still had the same problem, so what to do its check all the ports and IP's then it should work i think =/
