Heroes [Heroes] few question and some help needed

lo's , have a heroes server setup ,everything running nicely , but some things i having bother with
the simplest and most fustrating is i cant seem to @chagejob to warrior
for tao its 'taos' , wizard just 'wizard' but ive tried war/wars/warior/warrior/wariors and getiing nowhere

also cant find gm shout , '@!' not working *edit working now with @@*

not seem able view .wil files with included data editor , show me right amount of entries using items.wil , but all boxess are empty of info

also would like speed some things up a bit , in particular the 2 entries
WalkSpeedRate=0
AttackSpeedRate=0
are these values like 1-10? *edit - range seems be 1-100*

and also potting speed i dont know what range to use
HPPotTickAmount=5
MPPotTickAmount=5 *edit - seems have 2 as standard and just adds them numbers*

lastly ,im guessing
KillMonExpMultiple=6
is the global multiplier?

for gm shout go to M2server > Server Option > Game Options > Msg > Red Msg Option is the command, if it says @ then the command is @@ change it to ! would be @!

Are you useing the dataviewer for these files? hh8 dont work if your trying with that?

will try shout soon as do a reboot
yup, dataviewer.exe in tools dir, shows me correct number of fields, but nothing more
is there another tool available? i has the things like maya once i can actually get something to work with .wil's

still needs just info about the dataeditor stuff , everything else depends on that now i think
