Been sent a list of server files from @OuYangPlane, They appear to be a mixed between delphi and crystal. I haven't taken a look at the server files yet and they do not come with the source code. I'll look into decompiling them but I ask anyonce downloading these files to take care and use your IT head.
Sender claimes the files do not work with no internet connection, only the source code will give us an idea on why this is apparent. Again please use caution and at this stage I do discourage opening any exe files. The idea of files needing an online connection and being unsable with the local IP raises some concerns that the files may have some call-home functionality.
