he copied my title, and technically joined my one man club, making it an official club. Making clubs isnt allowed, and i dont endorse this change, therefore, he should be banned for trying to form an illegal club.

Thats where it leaves me from a tactical standpoint.

Also Feral, as much as I love seeing people banned, i have to point out its only against the rules to have a second account while your first account is active. However people CAN be insta-baned on second accounts if they cause any trouble.
