How can you protect CD 3.55 from hacking

One my user have some hack or know some inside bug that he use the problem is tha all on Renounce lvl 0 need to wait 30 sec to can make once again but this user can do in every 10 sec how its posible and how i can protect my CD 3.55 server ?

Maybe he use some QMacro or what ?

I reckon it could be a speed hack as I think spell delays are controlled by the client. Or he cud be hex editing the memory. There are a number of ways really.
