How do i add my own welcome line

Ive searched for a good few hours now and cant find anything on how to change or add text to the welcome line. Ive found how to change its colour from red/blue but not how to change the contents. Currently text read
"Welcom to our server. Translated by DeathWish And Mordeth. Enjoy.." But I want To add an extra line in there or i want to change the original text i thought this was a hex but cant find nothing in hex help. Anyone know how to do this?

u just need to find the text from the hex .... and replace that text with ur text search the text .. in TEXt not HEx code
