What have you "Seen" it with? What program did you run to open the SQL Databases - the Answer is in the question !!

Try with this small program

Connect -> Login -> Connection -> Use data source name Select "CruelDragon3GBaseData" -> OK

username: sa
password: (input your sql password)

Select "HL_Magic"
And edit L1Train, L2Train and L3Train for each spell
