Have you been downloading or uplaoding alot?

Virgin have a fair useage policy, you can view this in thier terms and conditions.

What it means is once you have hit your maximun allowance you will be cut down to 2MB, which is what you are on above, if you get this all the time, contact them to make sure that you are definatley on 10MB.

u do realise a 10mb line doesnt mean you will download at 10mb/s right? id say that download speed is about right.

depends where he lives, 2mb might be max he can get in his area.

My download speeds stay around what my line is (Cant remember, either 10mb or 20mb).

Im also with Virgin. I download the od film and album, but nothing major and have never had any issues with my speeds dropping at anytime of the day.

I'm on 20mb and I get what's in my sig but actual downloads mostly depend on their bandwidth allowance, urs, if a torrent, seeds etc so not just your speed, I get 50-100 kb/s off filefront but using fileplanet i can get 700-800 kb/s, different hosting service.

My usenet speeds stay at about 2500kb/s.

Normal downloads I get around 1mb/s. Not too bad if you ask me.

Perhaps go for a smaller model, allowing you to get faster speeds when in the water. The resistance against a larger net, which I assume you are using, can cause a delay in your swing-to-fish time.

If I were you i'd go for something like:

Practical in size, fast resistance vs water and can handle most standard sizes of fish.
