Pally - Pally power is the only good 1 i recall of, shows which pally is buffing which buff and you can setup who does what with a few clicks.

I played a hunter for a year with no addons. I think there isn't any good one to help...you just have to know a good rotation and how to move, that's all

Power Auras is good for Hunters i've heard. Tells you when abilities are ready and when things proc, etc.
