level:level = in Game @level XY (Bring your GM Char on Level XY)
make:make = in Game @make XY (make Iteam XY)
STR_ADMINCMD_OPERATOR:OP [or operator] = in Game @op or @operator (make your Char invisible to Monster, there is the Operation Mode)
Only Full GM can Level other Chars, make Items, bann Players from Server (Administrative Commands !) !
the medium GMs can teleporting to Map , Cord and make the GM Char invisible for Monsters and Players, he can not edit Player Chars or recall monster only recall Players !!!!
Small GMs can only the Command @superman (cant die ^^)

Changing the set command / right possibly somewhere is not, that does not work!
They can determine only between the 3 GMs with their set rights, they change this in the EnVir folder, AdminList.txt
