Paintshop, photoshop etc, thats how its all done, you would need to be very very good at that sort of thing lol. You could try editing a existent image.

hi the only promblem was with photoshop is the image comes out every small is there a way to make it bigger with out messing the image up

its a good way to work with existings files give me some time and i will edit this post with 3 or 4 examples
The Original have a Blue Pearl inside (u can use it nearly directly if u wanna! Grap with right click save picture under) its png u need only to rename it (all pictures have only numbers as names and use the original the blue one as ground picture )
or maybe u prefer another prowressring (original full gold)
also possible that set its normaly also full gold with pink
