KAORIMIM will allow you to export the images from the .wil files into .png format and also allow you to rebuild the .wils with new images.

What image do you mean?

each element has the image in X archive in data

For example: Mobs in Mir3 = MonX.wil

GameInterface.wil is what your looking for.
