hi can i run a mir 1.4 server and use mir 1.8 client files as long as i use 1.4 exe?

i do not beleve so cause u carnt run mir 1.4 using mir 1.8 exe so im guessin it the same way round

only because the new mir 1.8 exe has new stuff in but if i run a 1.4 using 1.8 client files and change the exe im just unsing 1.8 tiles and so on

well ive never tried i dont really work with mir 1.5+ but have u tried at all?

earlier i tried using a mir 1.4 exe with a 1.8 client.. didnt work :P
screen goes ****ed up, purple n green (alt tab doesnt fix) and the new acc box goes to the bottom right corner.

Yeah Mir 1.8 Uses a different prguse.wil / wx to mir1.4, soit wont work, so the answer is a simple no.
