Even that headbutt for **** sake, i mean, its a hard one, but if u look, the italian dives, that sort of momentum sends you backwards, and doesnt cause you to rotate 180 degrees in the air.

Italy Dived to get the penalty to put Australia out, so they didnt deserve to win. This wasnt the final of the FIFA world cup, it was the Final of the interantion Diving competition, and its kinda funny how it was settled wiht Penalties, the thing both these teams rely on and love so much.
