Item decrease dura when repaired

Hello there, i have a question. I realised when i repair ring, brace or armour, or neck, dura wont go down. also is very cheap to repair. I noticed in !Setup.exe RepairItemDecDura=1000 . how its better to set, so for ex i have a dura 5 ring (5000), so when i repair it, it should be dura 4900, so will take 0,1 dura. At armour, lets say it has dura 35 (35000) so when i repair it will take 500 dura, 0,50

Mine's set to 30 and seems to be working fine... The higher the value means less chance of Dura reduction I believe.
