[JoB] Gate Problem?

I've just got a new host for CodeZero and when I try and log in i get to the 'Character information is being loaded. Please Wait' screen ( with the box still there) and then ig et booted ( the reconnect box asppears) he has forwarded ports 7000 7100 and 7200 on his router and he can log in fine. His ISP ip is 82.38.0.118 and server ip is 192.168.2.6,
can someone tell me which ip's should be where ive had help from RoneZ but we've had no luck.

its strange coz was working fine rebooted server and now we cant connect heh fun =/

1st of all if its a offline ip no1 can connect

Its not on an offline ip, some gate ip's are 82.38.0.118 and some are 192.168.2.6.
