Wemade use 127 for the Alpha. 128 is better for PhotoShop.
^^ I mean not change to 128, better bothen and I mean the Alpha Check
from the Image PNG/BMP not the 7F bit for the Compression.
If you found 127 or 128 then make the same for bothen.

oh! good point!
I'll actually make it so it accepts alpha value 64 to 192 inclusive.
Output alpha value will be 128.
re-released 1.2.3 with new filename KaoriMIM123a.zip

^^ ID : 193 please don't change (only 7F here) If you have Hex 80 (128) the Game don't use it. :) Last I have see is the game use the 127 to Alphablend and Color Armor or hair.

If you don't understand it, I can send it via PM in Java code how I mean. :)

WIL doesn't use 127 or 128... It uses
0xC0 (Black/Transparent)
0xC1 (Color)
0xC2 (Alpha)

I Know, I mean the Position you read from Image the Alpha Channel, atm you look only for 127 and if found 127 then you safe the pixel under 0xC2 (Alpha)..

Upss I see ^^ " ID : 193 please.. " <-- my Fault I mean 194 = 0xC2 :)
