ive asked them and they replied me that:

You can use the service for anything apart from illegal / malicious activity's.

You are allow to host Games and mmportg services etc on it.

Err NO, seeing as your running an illegal private server. Which is why I said, be careful with GD, because as soon as they find out what the server is being used for, they will terminate your contract. I've seen this happen with WoW servers that have used them in the past.

We have others running this service and have received no cease and desist orders. Running the files on the server will be fine.

As they have pointed out, so long as they don't get the Cease & Desist, you will be ok.
As I said they are a brilliant host, we've used their servers in the past and they have been really good. Good luck with server.

Try extract server again please it happened to more users and when they re-extracted server worked
