i get this message when i try to launch ei_20061128.exe. it doesn't load the server past that message. can anyone translate that message for me? i don't speak Chinese.

If it's not loading past that point, then check IP's.

all ips are set to 127.0.0.1 but theres no OBDC or SQL set up. i want to make sure the server runs without setting up SQL and OBDC. does it work if i only test ei_20061128.exe without running DBserv and LoginSrv?

You should have a file in the King files for adding to ODBC automatically.

Everything has to load in order, otherwise EI won't load properly. The server also requires SQL and OBDC to work, they are the core for the server.

i fixed it, it was the envir (half translated) the item db wasn't a translated version so it didn't match the envir. i used the Chinese original envir and it works
