i get the same now and again, usually alt tabbing sorts it tho =s

comps bout 2 months old, got RADEON 9550 (DNA 3.0.4.9)

shudnt have problems then, try when u open mir to alt+tab a few times and it shud sort it

its not like that bug, its fixed like it...its like comp thinks thats how it should be or sumthing -.-
