What is unique about this server?
Looks like any other average joe med server. (E.g. Whiteboar starter pet), why not use something else like JP or WT sub.

Global Shout at level 1 is risky, means people can log on noobs and spam
Max Level of spells 17 (mm ok but seen it on other servers too)
Books 40+ from NR and WD? or just NR? < like this idea, hate servers that sell all books in shop!
(as long as they are rare)

You say you have different glows on your armors, where is the prt scr of that?
If you mean that brown one, then i've seen it 100s of times before, on Athena Mir3 is the exact same.
Your interface is stolen from Pegasus if im correct.

Some Tips:
Remove some of the higher, more rewarding caves from the teleport stone
Add some Custom Items and Some Sets, then some All-Class Sets.
