List make setup

Hi!
Im having troubles with the list make, I can login, but my server name appears like this when I login in to an account:
ServerName
And it would appear:
ServerName(Ok)
I guess the problem is the List Make setup
Im writting the next on the List Make:

Server information:
Server list name: ServerName
Server name: ServerName
ServerIP: 192.168.x.x
RegserverIP: 192.168.x.x

Other Setup:
Server IP: my net IP/external IP
Port: 21

May I open the port 21 too?
Or did I writted any IPs wrognly?

Server list name: name of server
Server Yam: name Of server
Server IP: your IP fixes
RegServerPort: your IP fixes

Other Setup.
