Sorry about another thread but need another hand.

I got all server files and shizzle together today got everything connecting fine but had a lil problem.

When all IP's was set @ 127.0.0.1 (offline) i could make an account great but tryiung to logon is a different story.
I put ID and password to account in click OK and thats it screen didnt go black just stayed like its frozen ( basically where the dragons spiral around mir). I thought it could be a IP problem but this is offline o0

Anyway i forwarded my ports to work on the server Online and all connects great but i still have this freezing problem?? any ideas to what it cud be as i think Ive takin a wrong IP outta the situation..

Ty in advance Peeps

Heres my LoginGate config:
[LoginGate]
KeepConnectTimeOut=60000
MaxConnOfIPaddr=100
BlockMethod=0
Title=
ServerAddr=192.168.0.100
ServerPort=5500
GateAddr=192.168.0.100
GatePort=7000
ShowLogLevel=3

cant tell anyone the title cuz if all turns out well might be another mir server on the arisen!!

ty for this -- i tried it but had no luck

Well when i follow that guilde it takes like 2 mins to get server set up online so youv'e done something wrong either ip error somewhere or router ports not forwarded correctly.

i followed them word for word so basically the thread i looked at is the same i Had, ports are forwarded properly i rang my ISP and they have confirmed this, so leaves me with same problem.

type in ID and PASS click ok and the screen doesnt move (would this be logingate or selgate?)

Possibly something to do with your SQL. What did you restore in your SQL? You may have an old version where some fields have been changed.

start the server and screenshot your m2server.
I need to see what it said.
But just an idea are your server files in the same directory as your file settings ?.

ie..c:/mirserver ?

c:/mirserver yes m8y

m2server loads up everything fine -- a few maps missing and npc scripts missing

Have you checked that your ips are in your m2server Setup.txt

Theres about 4 ips that need changing near the bottom, they tend to be forgotton because there not at the top like the rest.....

To me it almost certainly sounds like your ip address, there are ips wrong somewere which is why it wont go past a specific point.
