Looking for a decent MoBo

Hopefuly in a few days time i will be able to get a new machine (since this 1 has no point in upgrading) most of the other components i know what im gona go for, but when it comes to motherboards im not 100% sure.

can some 1 point out a relatevly good but cheep S478 motherboard, preferably by abit or asus as i have never had any problems with these.

it's going to be used to host another project im doing so probly somthing along the lines of:
P4 2.8 533
1gb Ram (2x512 dual channel0
40gb HDD dont need much space
geforce 4 mx 440
dvd rom


all the other stuff i can get quite cheep anyways but i'm a bit lost as for a decent board to get

What's your budget, I'm certain you can get something better for the price.

The Abit IC7 and Asus P4C800-E or P4P800 are excellent boards.

i will find out after christmas how much i will have. a P4 2.8 533 i can get for about £55. I was thinking of the P4P800 anyways but i have little experience with Pentium boards :S
