Looking for an Hard Drive

I'm looking for a decent Hard drive just to have my OS boot from it, so it doesn't need to be high capacity.

I already have drives for storage.

So if someone could recomend me a quick, quality Hard Drive which isn't too stupidly priced then i'd be greatful.

Also, since i already have Vista installed on my regular Hard Drive, how would i go about getting a perfect copy from that hard drive, to the new smaller faster one, so i don't need to format again?

Definitely. Boot times will decrease noticeably. Also any other application that requires reading from the HDD will get a significant boost in speed. The minus side is of course the price and the fact they tend to be noisy.
