low rate

hi all im makeing a low rate server for me and a group of freinds to mess about with im just wondering:

Im using TD's server files will i need to amend the mob database to not have it set to high and also will i need to edit the std items table prices.

They are the euro mir settings. Shouldnt need to change anything in the DB's for it to become low rate.

ah cool thought so just wanted to check also how do you change the name of the server from diamond to my server name

will this need to be hexed like in 1.4 when it says welcome to server .......
