Saw a map editor on here for woool http://www.pudn.com/ but you have to become an uploading memeber or paying member to download.
I didn't bother, after I pay they'll probaly say that download isn't available anymore lol.

Funny the amount of years i been working on woool and never came across a map editor, i have seen a map viewer but never a editor. Map Editing tool would be something i would get after the files are done, not important at this stage.

Woool = Legendary of the the world, what we get when we translate it anyway.

real name is World Of Oriental Legends, stupid name.
