Magic disappearing

Hi, soon opening of server, and i left this last, dont know how serious this problem is.
Basicly when i learn a magic, eg. fireball, i can use it as normal however after relog it disappear, need to learn it again. It does not happen to all magic, eg. greatfireball but to most, and warrior skills are perfectly normal i think.
Has anyone have had a problem like this or knows how to solve it?

There used to be a problem like this on oblivion server all, i dont think they ever fixed it but if you keep relogging your spells do eventually come back

How many magics do you have? I think that you can have only a maximum

I think i understand now, a limit of magic so i have 32 magics, and thats the limit. ill make a new character and see, will update.

UPDATE:
That is correct, there is a limit of 32 magic a single player can own.
