[CD3.55] Making Items - Strange error / Vanishing Char.

Hi guys,

So today i looked at learning to change char looks etc for implementing a new quest line etc. Searching the forums i have (kind of) figured it out on what i am doing. So i have made the changes below and my char vanishes until i take the weapon off. Am i doing the below correctly?

I am wanting to make this weapon:

So i have done the calc, 24000 /3000 + 1 giving my Shape = 9

Then to get my item looks i have exported the equip.wix and found that the item i like is 11143 So i put 11142 in the looks box. This works great and i can see it on my char/in my bag with the right image. Although when i put it on my char, my whole Char vanishes.

Have i missed something?

change "shape"

change "looks" in std_item

I have already done this, as i mentioned in the OP?

Why would the look show in the bag and char screen but make my char invisible?
