Map Editor Help

I don't have much time lately with my last year of uni so before I start on a Mir3 map editor I need some help.
Would it be possible for someone to convert the data files with the tiles in to mir2 type 2 tile sets and upload them to a site so I can download them. I don't have the format of the mir3 wils to read from so I will have to use mir2 ones.
Message me if you will do it and I'll send you a small program to help with the conversion.

o.O Ask Kaori for the Compressed Format. Sorry Reconversion is not a good way...
I can you say its like RLE with Place Holder like Hex C0 (Black) C1 (Color) C2 (Color with Alpha Channel)

I can't say that and other Problem is you must understand Java.

I programmed in Java breifly for an applet project I was doing, but abandoned it for flash instead.
