MDAC Install Failed!

Im trying to install SQL2000 from a Location but im getting this error, can anyone tell me how i can fix this to install SQL2000 and why its occuring.

You may have to re-download it, sounds like its corrupt or restart your pc and try mate..

Yeah thats what i thought Ash mate it may be corrupt, but ive restarted my computer and downloaded it 3 times via a DL manager and normally..

Im puzzled....

What is the full path to the installer.

Like: C:\Downloads\sql.exe

No i downloaded it from someone's site and then extracted it to my desktop and tried installing but i get that error.
