Minimaps help

I have followed what seemed like a very easy guide, and have done what was asked.

But once i click import, and then save, i get an error in chinese, with an exclamation mark in it with blue lining, and i then open up mmap.wil and it is not there and i scroll to the bottom, it then freezes.

Any suggestions?
