mir on vista X64

any1 knows if mir works(to play) on vista X64 , got a player that connects with no problem but he cant see nothing thats in the wil/wix files from Data folder , but he can see the things that are in King\data folder , i had a look @ hes client and it perfect didnt saw anything wrong with it but yet he cant play , and tbh i dont know what else to tell him to try .
hes video card is ati radeon 4870 .
if any1 has any ideea why this could happen to him pls let me know

i had an old 2006 vista homa basic i played many server off of but it's x86 based, i bought new HP with 5GBram,better processor and 24"monitor been gaming on it, it's x86 based with Vista HomePremium, in all played or downloaded everyserver available Supreme,Zentaur,Sting,Infiniti,Hasekura,OldSkool,Poison,Scorpion and list goes on haven't had much trouble dling or playing tbh but as i say it's x86 based

try disabling some of the features in ati card.
play with dxdiag, ati's catalyst, etc.
