average traffic produced if full cllient is hosted on a fast connection (T1+): around 60GB in 3 days..just to give u an idea
if this doesnt discourages u tell me i could supply u with a full updated JoB client (v 1.6 Olymp Client including full frozen fields, west desert underworld and all other latest stuff)
no need to host the client for servers using 3G setup on kingserver versions cause this job is done by QGO lol

There is not a fully english set of files, You can use Ripmans Envir and Databases to get CD partly English. You will have to do the rest by yourself.
