8 302 164 Raider3 150 2 120

ok i understand that the
8= map number
302:164 = co ords at which it spawn
Raider3 = Name of mob

but i dont understand 150 , 2 , 120 can any 1 explain these and what they do thx in advance

thx ill go try it so if, i wanted to a respawn every 4-7 mins it would be 7 on the end instead of 120 ?
