[2.3] @murdered / @ondeath cant take bag items?

Heyas i assumed since i can take equipped items like shields it wouldnt be a problem to do the same for an item in the players bag, ive tried it in q function and qmanage without any luck anyone else run into this issue?

n/m works only when pk'd @kill counts as a pve death.
