I don't think there are any mini maps for Mystery Ship, and the one Kaori posted look like the Job maps for Mystery ship.
You could always give him a co-ordinate map..
i..e Go to XX,YY then go East to XX,YY then go NE to XX,YY, door is at XX,YY Etc
